Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All orders with a total value of £75 or greater will receive free delivery. Small orders of 2kg or less will be sent through the post with Royal Mail, registered post. All larger orders will be sent via APC couriers. All orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day. Please note, delivery to mainland UK only. Orders are only shipped on a weekday. (I.e if you place an order on a Friday, expect your delivery no earlier than Monday)

Cancelling your order:

If your order has already been shipped it is too late to cancelled. We aim to ship orders as soon as possible throughout the day to ensure you are not left waiting too long for your supplements. Once you have received your order, simply return the product(s) unopened to us for an exchange or refund. If you've opened your product(s), tried it and don’t like it, or simply want something else, we will be unable to take it back for a refund, as it will then be unsalable. Please note that the shipping fee is non refundable as we have to pay the shipping company. If, however, your order has not been shipped by the time your cancellation email is received we can simply cancel your order straight away.

If you wish to either cancel or amend your order please contact us via email on info@proteinshack.co.uk and we will deal with your request.

Returns:

Hopefully you will be happy and satisfied with your order, if you are not and wish to return your order please do so via recorded delivery so to ensure we receive it. Please include a note that tells us your name, address and any other contact details along with the date of purchase so we can track your records to give you a refund. Please allow 3-4 working days for your refund.

Back orders:

The construction of this web site allows us to key in amounts of available stock, this way you should never have a product on back order, if you’ve ‘clicked to buy’ then the product is in stock and will be with you shortly. We know what it is like to be hanging around for fulfillment of an order, so this way you can choose an alternative flavor or brand if yours is temporally out of stock.
